I stumbled across this piece. And I don't know whether it is my own simplistic need to have others agree with me to feel like I really know what I'm talking about or if what I think every now and again is actually, truly, right and I am just refreshed to see others see what I see (si?), but the elegance and honesty of the this piece struck home with me. Blanket caveat: I don't / can't agree with everything. And yes, it has a few words that no one should abide. With that out of the way, I am glad to say I agree with almost everything. And it makes me think that maybe, just maybe, the future may be a little bit brighter after all.
